  • Most expensive = $3,400,000 | Royal York & Dundas

4-Bed

  • 31 properties sold
  • Average price = $1,722,952
  • Most affordable = $890,000 | Finch & Midland
  • Most expensive = $5,150,000 | Mt. Pleasant & Blythwood

5-Bed

  • 11 properties sold
  • Average price = $3,259,045
  • Most affordable = $1,010,800 | Midland & Ellesmere
  • Most expensive = $9,680,000 | Bayview & York Mills

3-Bedroom homes continue to be the sector with highest number of sales however there is no one particular area that is seeing more sales than others.

It's interesting that the 5-bed homes are the quickest to sell at an average of 14 days on the market while the other sized homes tend to take closer to 20 days to sell.
