As a result of all these amazing local amenities, the real estate market has taken off with explosive growth in recent years with no signs of slowing down!
While the Toronto market has become very cost-prohibitive in recent years for investors, Tulum is the complete opposite as you can purchase a brand new 1-bed condo for $180,000 USD (roughly $240k Canadian) and rent it out for $100+ USD/night.
