Here's your quick summary of the areas to sell the fastest in Toronto from August 15-21, 2022.

There was a fairly large reduction in house sales vs. last week (152 vs. 106 ~ 30% decrease) & properties took slightly longer to sell on average.

Houses saw less negotiation from original price as % difference rose from 98 to 99% (meaning the home is selling closer to the asking price), however homes are taking slightly longer to sell.

Condos experienced a similar slowdown in sales on a week-over-week basis dropping from 198 sales last week to 150 this week (24% decrease).

Less negotiation was also seen in the condo sector having the same percentage change as the housing market (98% to 99%).

Condos were selling faster on average vs. last week but still slower than the housing market.

Of the 150 condos to sell in Toronto during this period, 20 sold under 7 days on market (13.3%).
